Onecare problems

I'm restoring some files back on to my machine after reformatting it and I'm using OneCare to restore them from DVD.

I run through the restoration instructions until it gets to the status bar which just sits at 0% and the DVD drive isn't even moving. Anyone else had this?

The files are compressed somehow - and I think the decompression software is on the OneCare program.
