can't open any site since upgrading 98 to 98se

Just upgraded 98 to 98se (don't ask) and can no longer open any webpage. Oddly I can tracert, ping, release & renew ip, see pcs on home network without any problems. So why can't I open a web page?

You guys sorted my last problem so hoping this will be successful also!
