Several times over the last few years I have reqeusted changes to our phone setting. Usually the adding or removal of call barring for those times we leave our 20 year old to look after the house while we are away on holiday
or in one case the cancellation of one phone line as we no longer needed two.
Every time I have reuested a change I have ended up being put onto faults as the requested changes never took effect - inspite having waiting days for one change to take effect!
Now it's happened again, but this time I have had enough of hanging on the phone waiting to talk to faults to get the situation resolved again especially as I am paying for the phone call these days.
Will NTL ever get their system to do as it is requested with regard to phone line setting in the RG12 area?
