Area Manager

Has anyone got a name, email addresss or telephone number for ntl london customer realtions dept if it still exists.

Have been trying to arrange a move via home mover service for 2 months to no avail as postcodes on their system as ntlfreedom even though it is in a cabled are. As expected beacuse of this i am just passed pillar to post as usual. Needs to be escalated if i want it resolved. Thanks

Thanks was looking all over for that. its all changed since i last had to complain then there was regional dept for area and I had to go through to swansea customer relations.
