Remote button stuck

The 'Help' button on my remote seems to be constantly on. The button presses down & out like any other, but inside it must be constantly depressed. Therefore have to take batteries out as Help page just goes on / off and no other button can be pressed.

Any tips for solving?

If not do NTL have to come out & replace?

Cheers

Re: Remote button stuck

a new one can be ordered and sent out via normal royal mail, no signature required usually takes max 3 working days, no charge if it is faulty

Re: Remote button stuck

But make sure you send the old remote back as they WILL bill you £15 for the replacement. Is it just the help button do all the other buttons work correctly

Re: Remote button stuck

Just the help button as when pointed at screen help goes on / off screen constant. The red LED is on constant on the remote.
