wisemouse.com

Hi,

Has anybody ordered from this website or know anything about them? They have some products at some very cheap prices, but Im relucant to order because, the prices in question are too cheap, when ordering the security certificate doesnt validate, and also the help section is under construction

I also couldn't find anything on google about them except references from kelkoo.com.

Any advice appreciated.

Re: wisemouse.com

Hi,

They have Hauppauge's range of TV cards at silly prices - The particular card I wanted to order was the NOVA-T PCI which they have for £4.28 (cheapest else where is £60!) They even have a different card for 70p

I really don't know what to make of it. I would've ordered already if there wasn't any problem wuth their secure website - it seems they issued the certificate to themselves, despite the fact they have a (mangled) verisign logo on their site.

The oddly priced products I noticed are in this category:
http://www.wisemouse.com/product.php...d=&mname=&pg=1

I don't really know what to think of it..

Hi to the forum

think their site isn't working properly, the product codes for the 'too good to be true' prices are 3 digits, the prices that appear to be correct are for products with 9 digit codes.

something wrong with the database, probably - doesn't inspire confidence, though - maybe if you phoned them they would give you a freebie for letting them know

Re: wisemouse.com

Well the unique-supplies site said that the product site (wisemouse) was coming soon, I can only suggest calling them to ask them if the prices are correct. They're in Dagenham so at least they aren't too far away

Re: wisemouse.com

Hi,

Those product codes are the correct manufacturer codes, however. I guess I will try calling them tomorrow.

Another strange thing on their site is that the 'Privacy policy' just links back to the main page.
