Firefox Tabs

For some unknown reason I decided to open CF in 100 tabs today, and was disappointed.
Although Firefox handled it with ease, there was no extra line of tabs below as there used to be with Mozilla Suite, just a neverending single line of tabs.

FF used 121MB of RAM doing this, a bit less than I had expected - try opening 100 IE windows.

Well since IE does not have tabs, it would not be an equivelant test - try opening 100 FF windows.

and why would anyone ever want to do this in reality

There is an extension that wraps tabs AFAIK, I'll have a look for it.

It will be the same...
I've had close to 100 tabs open before BTW when I was doing research for Google so it is a real life test.
