I want the digital service because the picture quality has got so poor on analogue.
I've tried phoning NTL, after an hour on hold and being diverted a couple of times I managed to place the upgrade order but that was months ago and nothing has happened. I assume they lost the order as they seemed to be keeping all records on paper.
I tried ordering online but you can only order digital TV if you're not an existing customer. Not very useful.
So, any ideas how I can get the upgrade? I'm in Fleet, Hants BTW
As far as I know that was a rumor started last year. What was happening was ntl where not activly pushing new sales and trying to catch up with the people that had been added in the rush and make sure they where happy(ier) and then move on to adding new customers. afaik
