Angry Power levels

On my Ambit modem, I have downstream power at -9dBmV, downstream SNR at 31.5 dB, and
upstream power at 46dBmV.
When queried before, I have been told that the CM is not an accurate indicator of signal levels, and tech support says that it checks out OK.
Is there a problem with my readings or not?
If, so what does it take to get an NTL callout?

Re: Power levels

Hi StanelyNTL,
Your power level is a little low at -9 but your modem may well be coping at this level ok. Are you having specific connection problems? Loosing sync/rdy lights on your modem? If not and all is working ok then don't worry about it, if it is causing problems then ring technical support again to request an engineer.
