NTL Poor Technical Service Middleton

What is it with this area and NTL service went to visit one of our family last night.

Earlier on in the day they had a NTL tech visit

Complaint prior to visit TV freezing. The tech came allegedly fixed and went, 5 mins later family member put tv on ITV not working .

He did not check that all channels where there.

Only one datastream, also he left the cabinet insecure with cables hanging on the pavement .

Looks like he changed the connector on the cable as their was two cut off at the side of the cabinet.

Anyway sorted it out there was no SNR at all 0 nowt and 32 retrun path .

So it was not getting channels .

The idiot had left the cable loose so tightened it up not saying where i tightened it

Butr it was tightened and one of the attenuators removed hey presto correct levels

Also secured the cabinet so no one could get in

Some one give me a job and a van part time
