Erm, One Customer Service person goes a bit too far..

A 21 year old Vodafone subscriber got a little bit of a surprise when she phoned Vodafone because she couldn't send a picture to her mate.

The Customer Services Rep started to flirt with her, and after they had exchanged photos, he decided to send her a photo of something else... His *ahem* manhood.

Not surprisingly, Vodafone have suspended the guy pending a full investigation..

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/03/17/vodafone_snap/

While I can see the funny side (and actually found it funny myself), I think it could be quite serious, hence putting it in current affairs.

No doubt she was the one doing the real hard sell and wanted you to provide the required service so she could sign you up the THE C.S.A. (child support agency) along with her previous unfortunate boyfriends.

Whenever someone posts a linkk to The Register, I always glance at the Related Stories links at the bottom. I assume that the bottom link has been discussed elsewhere in CF.
