Loss of Service - Leicester

Hello!

I lost my Broadband connection last night!

The power light and usb lights are on, and the D/S light is flashing furiously. All other lights are off!

Phone CS and they went throught the usual stuff of rebooting etc running tests (although i dont think any tests were actually run) then was told that the service was down in my area, which is LE4 (leicester) and to try again in 12-24 hours.

can anyone confirm this as i have had this problem before and i needed a new cable modem!

thanks

I also lost my service over night. (LE11 area)
Was still down this morning, but by 11am it was back up. Try rebooting your modem...
