Re: Call barring problems
have you tried both 151 and the 0800 number? if you have it looks like you'll need to call from a mobile, there shouldn't be much of a queue at the moment and the csa should call you back. what message do you hear when you enter the code and your pin number?

Re: Call barring problems
ok somewhere on the base of you phone there will be a little switch similar to the one you use to control the ringer volume, just flick that to it's other setting and press the 5 key again and tell me if it changes to a normal beeb sound when the key is pressed

if it doesn't just flick it back to where it was and i'm afraid a call to faults will be needed, sorry
