Has anyone in the Cm18 region noticed small, intermittent speed increases?
According to DUMeter (which has always been accuarate before) every now and then my speed jumps from 92KBps (which is my normal Max) up to around 150KBps, and staying there for a little while (from a few mins to half hour)...
Is NTL testing the line for the upcoming speed increase? Anyone else noticed this?
Hmm, doubt it. All these years with NTL and they have never let me exceed my max downstream.
Dont get me wrong, I aint complaining!! Just curiois as to why. The only reason I can think of is that they are removing the max cap to see how haevily the line is hammered, in view of the upcoming speed increase...
