Re: showing me off line

Yeah Two
1st
Outlook Express
The Folder Could Not Be Instealed A Foulder Name Must Contain At Least One Character
Then A Ok Box
So We Then Click Ok
Then This Comes Up

Norton Anitspam
Norton Antispam Needs Tp Restart Outlook Express To Continue
Outlook Express Will Now Restart
With A Ok

So I Press Ok And Then Nothing Happens

Re: showing me off line

have you tried uninstalling norton and then tested your email? (It is likely that Norton is conflicting with outlook express in some way, we need to rule out Norton as the cause.)

Re: showing me off line

Hi Sonia,

Is there any chance that you have inadvertently (sp?) asked Norton to block Outlook Express' (OE's) access so it is unable to establish a connection?

You listed some other email accounts that you have, can I take it that you access those via your web browser rather than through OE?
