Phoned NTL today about the horrible stuttering I was getting on every channel I watched
The guy went though his things and "sent a signal down the line" I rebooted the box and it would just hang on "Tune" and not do anything
He then told me to hold the down arrow while rebooting the thing which I done and got a "0" on the front of the box and all channels said "Channel Unavaible"
He then tells me the box is b0rked and that I will need an engineer to resolve it. He tells me that they can't get one to me for 1 week! I mean wtf! It was working before he tried to do his things! and now I cant have an engineer for that long!?! pff
Anyway I said I wanted to cancel my contract (and damn right I would of) he puts me on hold and I wait.......wait......
then he comes back saying the team leader will phone me in 5 min's
The call comes! (suprised to say the least!) and he says he can get an engineer out to me in like 2 hours! (at last!)
So I wait for the engineer and he comes and replaces my PACE box with a Samsung!

Fair play!
Anyway at least im happy now. The box is alot better and I can turn channels now without having to wait 2 min's
