Angry Help accessing www.tvtome.com

Hi,

For the last 4 weeks or so I have been unable to access www.tvtome.com either directly or via http://www.epguides.com/Lost/ . I have tried using various different proxy servers but still cannot access the site. Can someone using NTL try the site and let me know which proxy you are using so I might try the same one

Thank you!

Works for me, via the Swansea proxies.

Re: Help accessing www.tvtome.com

I've noticed the same problem with www.tvtome.com. I have successfully accessed it through the proxy nott-cache-15.server.ntli.net today. Unfortunately though using the proxy tends to mess up my local network settings so it is not a great solution. Does anyone know how we can get this fixed?

Thanks for that, despite a small pause when downloading the ads or about 30 seconds it loaded fine.

Like yourself though, I would like a permanent solution as it's frustrating.

Thanks again!

You need to make your local IP addresses an exception so they don't get cached.

Re: Help accessing www.tvtome.com

Thanks Altis - I had not noticed the "exclude from proxy" option. All working fine now.

Re: Help accessing www.tvtome.com

Not had a problem using tvtome, in fact I used it earlier and I don't use a specific proxy.
