Help me please!
HELP!!
Got a problem with the stb at the moment, and just wondered if any kind person here can shed some light on it for me please.
Our TV channels just briefly come on then go off and this happens all the time nomatter what channel we`re attempting to watch.
I`ve rebooted the stb but nothing seems to help matters. Also, Broadband seems extremely slow at the moment, my 2 mb service is almost like dial-up again.!!!
I`ve also cleaned the chip on the card and checked all connections. We live in the cambridge area.
Any help will get you lots of greenies and my heartfelt thanks. Cheers in advance.

Re: Help me please!
Hello, I'm afraid a call to faults in the morning is required, we would need to check the levels, but with intermittent or freezing pictures is usually ends up being a man in a van

The whole screen goes black mate.
Just `phoned c/s and he reckons its the signal either too high or too low,
sending a techie out on weds to have a look for us.

Re: Help me please!
why i asked about the now and next bar is that if the bar goes off. it is either the tv or box at fault if the bar stays on its the signal at fault.

Re: Help me please!
The tech came out today and replaced the Pace stb.
The problem still remains and he said he checked the levals and everything was fine! Back on to cs in the morning methinks!
Rebooted and held up/down, went to installation summary blah, blah,blah..Signal quality: Poor! Getting quite ****ed off now.
