Arrow NTL Cable boxes!!!

Hi,

I have a Yamaha DSP Z9 AV and to use it to is optimum I need to input the sound and video signal through it.

Do any of the range of NTL boxes have component (YUV) outputs?

If so what is the model and what other outputs does it have for both sound and video.

I have tried using a keene scart to component converter, however the end result is not good when using a plasma screen.

Any help or advise appreciated,

Thanks,

Nik

Re: NTL Cable boxes!!!

As far as I am aware, some boxes on Langley support YC component video but none support YUV. Some details here:

Re: NTL Cable boxes!!!

Alternatively, you might want to check out some of the converters available from Kramer Electronics - which are probably of better quality than the Keene units. For example the FC-14.
