Problems in ST4
Happening all day yesterday and despite several STB resets still happening this morning

Loosing picture (but now and next bar still available)

comes and goes

on average every half-hour and lasts a few minutes

also loosing internet connection

been trying for an hour to post this message
hope it works this time

tried ringing faults (but not open til monday?)

Very frustrated

Probably not related, but when I came home on Friday, the Picture from my STB was very stuttery, and sometimes it would completely go black for several minutes. Everything seems to be find now though.

They do have Sunday off dont' they???

Area fault now fixed

seems it was affecting a wide area of Stoke-on-Trent
