Hello,

Just a Quick call to NTL peeps out there, I sent NTL the 'Dear John' letter a week ago but I haven't had any confirmation (or even a phone call from customer retentions)

I sent 2 copies, one to each of the address on the back of the new style bills (For some reason, it didn't specifically say where to go if you want to cancel!).
Both were marked F.A.O. Cancellations.

Can someone from NTL get in touch so that I could pass my acc No + personal details* on for them to confirm that my account has indeed been cancelled and when my 30 days is actually up.

I would phone CS but since I gave up trying to cancel by phone after 1 hour and 40 minutes I'd rather just get this confirm asap.
