Question PACE STB Engineering page

My STB is always crashing, particulary when accessing BBC interactive. A look at the engineering page Event Log shows a steady stream of 'Lost IB Lock'. Is this indicative of a weak signal?

No you are correct ntlrocks, it might be to do with the stb's lack of memory?

have you tried a power off type reboot to clear the cache as such??

maybe this will help or it might not?

Re: PACE STB Engineering page

Yes, I've tried rebooting (simple power off and 'down button modes - could do it in my sleep now!). Just checked the box and there were three instances of 'Lost IB Lock' during the night when the STB was in standby mode.

Re: PACE STB Engineering page

I would call NTL CS
as this seems to be a problem for you .
and I would not let it lie as such it might be a simple problem like a lower power or signal into box? anyways i expect CS can sort it or try too lol
