How can I do a hard reset on my Samsung Set Top Box

Hi, I have been told that if I press the ok + left + right buttons at the same time then I can reset my Samsung set top box. However on going into the engineers menu I have noticed that the reset type is set to soft. Can I change this and if so, will the box need to be reprogrammed or will it just clear the nvm?
Thanks

Re: How can I do a hard reset on my Samsung Set Top Box

I cant get any movies to order. Customer services told me that all is ok their end, however when I go to order a movie it tells me that my pin is not initialised. I have not yet used the box to order any films, so this is my first time doing it. Customer services said they rebooted my box from their end but it made no difference. They said a hard reboot wouldbe needed to "clear any rubbish" and that they would get someone to call me and tell me how to do it. I have called them 3 times and waited nearly a week, with no pay films.
Help
