Channels time locked?

last night I couldn't sleep so was watching tv in bed about 3 am I went to change channels when I got a message saying the channels had been time locked and I would need to enter my pin to unlock them - this is not something I have set up and I have never used my pin on my box in the bedroom and wouldn't even know what the pin is - is this a new thing that happens automatically?

Re: Channels time locked?

No, it was caused by a network change last night. If it still hasn't gone back to normal, just switch off power at the plug, count to 10, then switch back on again.

I had the same a few times in my old house - as spiderplant says, try a reboot - if not then give CS a call but it shouldn't become a regular issue
