Unhappy Athens BBC Interactive?

I thought the BBCi Olympics multicast service was going to be available on NTL digital? But there's no red dot on screen and when you press Red it just brings up the option to view the BBCi website - not the proper interactive menu that appeared during Wimbledon, London Marathon etc.
What's going on?

BTW I live in Poole, Dorset.

Sort of working here in Fleet, Hants. I've only had one "BAUKM" error on my 4010 but it kills our 4001 box every time

Thumbs up Re: Athens BBC Interactive?

Thanks for the info. It's still a bit temperamental - I had to reboot the STB again today to get it to work properly (which seems to be the norm for NTL's interactive services - including my broadband internet).

Re: Athens BBC Interactive?

I'd expect it to be temperamental, the rules of Interactive apply, and we all know how stable the interactive feature is :P

Re: Athens BBC Interactive?

I hit the damned red button on the NTL remote, I hit the green yellow blue ones too, and the "interactive" button NOTHING came up. I've missed maybe 20 fights so far.

Re: Athens BBC Interactive?

Is it meant to work in all NTL areas? As I have nothing when I press red!

Re: Athens BBC Interactive?

As above, try rebooting your STB. (Unplug, leave for a minute or so, plug back in)

Re: Athens BBC Interactive?

Rebooted and working fine. Is this the start of more red button features? Do we only not get sky news interative & Sky Sports because Sky won't let NTL have it?

there are no interactive services in ireland via ntl digital. as most areas have no return path.

sorry
