upgrade to 1mb

Was just reading the ntl site about upgrades and spotted the 1/2 price for 3 months offer.

http://www.ntlhome.co.uk/ntl_interne...adbandtextlink

Does anyone know if this applies to existing cable customers?

In fairness to ntl It's the same for all companies, the best offers always exist for new customers whether it be Sky/mortgage provider/mobile phone providers etc, etc.

Re: upgrade to 1mb

Wonder if i left or gave notice of my intention to leave, i would get a deal ? Maybe worth a try.

On a seperate issue, other than customer service is there any other way to find out my ntl user details as its been 3 years since ive needed them and apparently need the info to upgrade online?
