Problems with upgrading and customer service

Hi all,

I have been on the 'phone for nearly 45 minutes this evening and have spoken to seven different customer service representatives in various call centres across the country and STILL do not have a resolution!

A week ago I placed an order through the NTL:Home website (because it was impossible to get it done via phone, it seemed) to change my telephone to Talk Unlimited 24, and upgrade the television from analogue to digital.

The website informed me that I should receive a call from a representative in 72hours. I have heard nothing a week later. This evening was the third time I have tried to chase up the order and all I have simply been put on hold, transferred, and told that I should expect a call shortly, and quite frankly, I am fed up. I have explained my situation in full to everyone I have spoken with and have only received one apology for the problems.

Would anyone here who works for NTL be able to take my account details and order number via PM and possibly look into the issue? I am in the Woking (original NTL) franchise (GU22 postcode).

Many many many thanks.
