NTL Mail Password

ok ever since i got on to ntl, ive never been able to log in onto my ntl e mail, through outlook expre ss always comes up wrong password.

so i think i forgot it, i was wondering is there a way to change it from my end, or have i gotta give them a ring?

PM me your ntlworld email address and I'll check it tomorrow for you and if it needs changing, I'll do that too.

Check with a mod if you need confirmation of who I am

If you have your primary account password then you can try accessing the web interface at

http://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/xtrmail

From here you should be able to check / reset the password
