FTP Problem with server now?

FTP Problem with server now?

I am unable to access my webspace today, is there a problem with the servers at the moment???

Update: not server problem, its my Zonealarm, when it is on, I cannot access the website using Windows Explorer, but I can with Terrapin FTB, can somebody show me how to resolve this??

OK Problem solved - its the new version 5 of ZoneAlarm, I have reverted to version 4, everything its working. I have to say version 5 might not affect everybody, but if you have just upgraded to version 5, this might happen.
