Changing ntl webspace address

Hey all,

I want to anonomise our webspace url, as it's currently got my girlfriends full name as part of the address. I've tried changing her primary username, but this doesn't update the webspace address......can this be done? Will I need to get on the phone to them...?

I had to ring them to get it changed

Yep if you phone CS they should be able to change this over to something else for you.

I think it might wipe anything that is currently on the webspace but I'm not sure.

If you get no joy with this, PM me and I will try to get it sorted, I can see webspace in *most* parts of the country.

Bear in mind that as things stand, anything that's on there will be deleted, so make sure you have it all backed up ready to re-upload.
