the building is to house people in apartments including offices and entertainment complexes in dubai.

I think the irony of it is quite amusing, but we should bear in the mind, that apart from one derranged offspring, the rest of the Bin Ladens are normal people. Osama's dad was building things long before his messed up son was preaching hate to the west. A few people i've mentioned it to seem to think that because of OBL, we shouldn't deal with the rest of the family, even though, they disowned him before he even had his Saudi citizenship removed, let along tthe 9/11 attack.

I don't think so. Bin Laden's family have basically ostracised him, originally for his actions against the Saudi Royal family, who they support. I think it would probably be a building to stay well clear of!!!
