re e-bill online

Ever since I went on NTL broandband (from NTL dialup) I cannot access the E-bill it says "Sorry, E-Bill facility is not yet available for your franchise area".
But i was able to view my E-Bill when i was on the NTL dial up, I have had the old dial up accounts deleted and maybe this has something to do with it. anyone help please.

Hi denvan

I was just wondering if there is a clue in the following post

http://forum.nthellworld.co.uk/showp...7&postcount=16

- do you have your Broadband through an STB? If you do it looks like that is the reason you can't access your e-bill?

Re: re e-bill online

I have had the same problem since joining NTL and have checked e-billing IS available in my area. I'm also on SACM, so thought I might contact NTL via their online contact page :-

http://www.ntlhome.com/contact/

I entered all the required info, eventually selected the correct dropdown option to report an ebilling problem, and clicked 'send'.

Here is their reply :-

"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator" !!

Helpful ?
Ho hum, start all over again!

Finally managed to send a message from NTL contact webpage after 3 retries (10/10 for persistence?). Still awaiting response.

denvan suggest you try the same for a second opinion!

Try
http://www.ntlhome.com/contact/
with subject - 'website feedback / e-billing' on drop down menus.
