Deleting temp files on web space!

Was having a gander at the stats and stuff on my little site and I was wondering what was taking up all the space.
I found that in the cpanal when i look at the disk usage viewer the directory temp/urchin is taking up a whopping 21mb of space. I know this has to do with the urchin stats but can I safely delete it as I really dont need all that space taken up by stats?

Re: Deleting temp files on web space!

If theyre in temp, deleting wont hurt. Theyll just be re-created next time the stats are used.

Re: Deleting temp files on web space!

usually anything in temp can go without hurting anything? Are you seriously low on space or something?

Re: Deleting temp files on web space!

I have 100mb space.........its up to about 70mb or something......I will be adding more photos soon as well.
I will be getting another 100mb (good ole i-web) but could do with the 20mb of space that this is taking up.

Re: Deleting temp files on web space!

Well if you are not that bothered about stats on you site we could always disable urchin on your site.
by deleteing those files you will lose the stats anyway
