Default volume

I know this has probablt been ased a thousand times, but I can't find the answer I want, so here goes...

There seems to be a huge difference between the volume of the terrestrial chanels (on 2 seperate TV's) and the NTL channels coming out of the STB.

When the engineer replaced our box (after it died recently) I did notice he adjusted something to do with volume in the engineer settings.

Is there a way to turn down the overall volume (other than using the volume buttons on the remote) so it's similar to the terrestial TV?

Any help much appreciated

J

Re: Default volume

Try pressing the left arrow button on the front of the box.

Oh, and welcome!
