That's all the ones ntl use

(but doesn't include the set top boxes which can be used for broadband as well as tv because they contain cable modems)

i had a 3com cmx until i left until for a while and came back. I had a 250, now i have a different 250.

Depends on how long you have been with NTL.
I have been with them years now and still have the NTL 100 modem.
However if I wished to upgrade to a higher speed I would have to upgrade my modem as it would not support it.
NTL would then exchange it for the newer model.

mine just seems to be d/c ALOT . . .lol which one would i request to get upgraded too
