Pipex have bought Homecall
For those who don't know, last week Pipex bought Caudwell Communications (who trade as HOMECALL) from the Caudwell Group.
It doubles the number of customers Pipex have. Currently Homecall resell Tiscali broadband, given Pipex's big LLU investments I suspect this will end shortly!
Currently they plan to keep the Homecall brand, though the Caudwell name will be dropped within weeks.

Now that this thread has so many replies, I think it might be a good idea for the mods to split it in two.

Well, already a friend of mine is having toruble on his Himecall... err, Pipex line. Funnily enough it's only after Pipex take over that he gets any problems at all.

Re: Pipex have bought Homecall
We use Caudwell communications for CPS at work, but haven't had any communication from them at all about changes

Re: Pipex have bought Homecall
Well for a clue on what the new name will be, try looking up the owners of PIPEXHOMECALL.COM

It's all a matter of personal opinion
A fair few people think Bulldog suck, I use them and think the service is great. (except customer support of course :P)
