Upping the connection to 10, dosn't make any difference

When connecting to different locations you travel across many different
carriers sometimes dozens. What appears to be the issue is that one of
these carriers is accruing traffic congestion. If this is the case we would
not have much control over this. I am going to go ahead and escalate this
through the appropriate channels to look at your account more specifically.
It may take a little while to get a response back to you, but I assure you
we will get back to you as soon as possible.
