NTL and multicast (via PIM)

Does anyone know if multicast is (or will be) supported on NTL or not? Obviously their TV stuff is going to be multicast but does the Internet service support it?

If so, does anyone know if there's a PIM-SM RP address that can be used by end users? I don't want to go probing around too much with packet captures, sending PIM hello packets and the like as I don't have much time at the moment and also don't really want to incur the wrath of NTL if I break their TV service or something

I would really like to get multicast up and running on my home network - I run the routers at work and we're on JANET so we have multicast there - if NTL don't or aren't going to support multicast for their Internet service then I'll just create a tunnel in to work and do it that way.

I've checked the other forum posts containing the word "multicast" and not seen any responses either way, so maybe a direct question will prompt someone to ask?

Cheers,

Andy
