Disconnects in CV32 area

Hello,

Subscribed to NTL 3Mb service as using a ambit NTL120 CM, I have been disconnected about 10 times since approx. 1600. Light sequence as follows;

D/s, Sync & RDY Full on, ENET flashing
All lights then go out for approx. 5 seconds, then connectivity resumes.

Using Windows XP pro (SP2), not running at P2P or Bittorrent applications at this time, just simple web browsing, have checked the N*lworld.com status, no reported outages.

Anyone else experiencing problems in this or surrounding areas.

Cheers

Jon

P.S - Any ideas if or when the CV32 will be upgraded to 10mb service?

Re: Disconnects in CV32 area

Hi

I'm down the road in CV31 and haven't noticed any problems (you watch, it'll all go tits up now I've said that).

Also I'm on 10 meg and have been since the first day they started rolling it out - just phoned up and asked to be upgraded.

Re: Disconnects in CV32 area

Cheers, I've rebooted my PC and power Cycled the CM, so i'll see if that makes a difference. I'll give NTL a ring about upgrading.

Thanks again
