TV channel cost - need a hand

Hi

I am trying to work out the cost of NTls TV packages - the same as the sky full package. SO I can work out if its cheaper to stay with Sky than come back to NTl. I will also need a separate STB.

Is it NTL family pack at £19.50 and then the Sky Sports & Movies Collection at £33.50 - total = £53 and then a sep STB -£15

Is this correct?

Scott

This is what I get when I go through the online ordering process for NTL:

Talk Weekends: £11 (basic talk package with phone line rental must be taken)
Family Pack: £19.50
Sky Sports & Movies Collection: £24.50
Additional STB: £15
Total: £70 a month

For Sky:

6 Mixes and Sky World: £43.50
Additional STB: £10
NTL or BT phoneline: £11
Total: £64.50

So I would say Sky is £5.50 a month cheaper for you

Granted if you go to NTL as a new/returning customer you may get a special deal (and likewise if you speak to Sky retentions). You would have ring up and ask

Talk Weekends: £11 (basic talk package with phone line rental must be taken)
Family Pack: £19.50
Sky Sports & Movies Collection: £24.50
TV Drive: £10
Additional STB: £5
Total: £70 a month for a PVR!
