changing webspace username

I've just changed my ntl email email address. Is it possible to have the same username for my webspace?

ie my email is newusername@ntlword.com
and my webspace is http://homepage.ntlworld.com/oldusername

can I not have them to match?

thanks
EMAIL= <deleted>

Edit: Rob C: It's never a good idea to post your email addy in forums. The spam bots will love it

Re: changing webspace username

The only way you'll be able to get this changed is via Customer Services. I'm not sure they will be able to do it.

If it can be done, chances are it will involve deletion of your webspace and creation of a new one. Make sure you have all contents backed up.

Re: changing webspace username

OK cheers for that I'll give them a bell tomorrow.
FYI it was my junk mail address that I posted. That email can be found all over the net.
If you want my private email you have to apply to that address.

Thanks

Admin Edit (stuart): If that is just a junk email, why post it? If anyone needs to contact you, they can do so by clicking the email link in your profile.

Re: changing webspace username

No offence but it's kind of my choice. I see my address was deleted again. So much for freedom of speech!
