This morning The Carphone Warehouse MD announced on the BBC that they are to buy OneTel, later today they announced that they are also buying Tele2.

their talk talk broadband service has a poor reputation - I believe speed upgrades for new customers annoyed the hell out of existing customers because talk talk would not do it for anyone within thier existing contract!
