Dont have certain buttons in my Mod CP

Ok i moderate on another forum, and it just occured to me to post a thread on this, say if someone else wants something changing in their profile, ie a member name change for example and they approach me via PM as im the only one online at this point. (this is just an example), i proceed to login to the vB Moderator Control Panel with my username and password and make the neccesary changes, but then i discover i dont have the buttons ie to apply or save the changes. In other words they are missing. They are actually missing, so what do i need to do.

ps, the admin says this is built into vB, but i think its a bug, and im a standard Moderator

1. Moved to Internet, this has nothing to do with the Cable Forum Website.

2. Removed link, you don't need to keep spamming the forum to ask this.

3. It's working exactly as it should, you're just a moderator Wayne - they do not have the power to edit members profiles.

You'd have to be an Admin to do what you want to do.
