split audio

i have soundcard and nforce onboard sound and i play battlefield 2 i want to setup my trust headset i bought so that i can talk and hear voip out of it and still hear effects only out of speakers. how i do this. i have tried in sound properties of xp but i dont think i have it set right i can talk in bf with headset but people still come through speakers with normal effects.

i want to use the nforce on board for headset.
