MyMail.Co.UK sign in

I have just changed from Sky broadband to Virgin using Fibre direct to a Hub 5 router.. I can no longer sign into MyMail.Co.UK (Not MyMail.Com) by WiFi from the MyMail home page using any of our Android devices (A Nokia phone, a Motorola phone and a Lenovo Tablet). In all cases the home page loads, but on selecting sign in, the sign-in page fails to load and eventually times out with an error message. The MyMail home page then also fails to load on that device until I clear the MyMail data from the phone. No other web site has this problem. None of the devices fail with any other router, including earlier Virgin routers. I can sign into this site via the Hub 5 using Firefox on my PC, but not from the Android devices when using the PC as a hotspot. Friend’s Apple phones can sign-in to this page via the Hub 5. I have tried temporarily switching off the router firewall and all security options on the phones but this does not resolve the problem, nor does using Firefox or Opera browsers on the Android phones.

The MyMail.Co.UK web site was updated Sunday 6th August and this problem no longer occurs. There is no way of knowing whether the problem was a fault in the web site or whether the update changed the site to avoid a problem in the Virgin Hub.

I have never heard of the site, but if its working after a site update, that suggests it was a site issue.
