TiVo : the tv app thing

ive downloaded the app but it keeps saying the tivo box isnt connected to the network, can anyone help please

Thanks just read the setup, I dont have a ethernet cable, was the technican supposed to supply me with one?

Nope, the installers don't connect it to your router.

If you've only just had TiVo installed, it can 24 hours to filter through to TV Anywhere access.
