160mb Superhub 2 issue

Hi im new to the forum i have just upgraded to the new 160mb virgin media internet now my speeds are very slow and irratic i have tried modem mode new Ethernet cable etx reset router tried every thing virgin media have said that everything is fine there end bla bla i have never had an issue till i upgraded to the new superhub ill link my settings and stuff any ideas cheers

You have a fault. You are only locked onto one downstream channel and you should be locked onto at least 6 if not more (cant remember exactly as my modem wont answer me!
Try re-booting if you haven't and it may pick up all the channels. Otherwise its a phone call.

BTW one channel I think can only provide 50Mbits shared between several users.

It really needs someone more expert in this field to answer. I have had this problem with the Superhub 1 and it showed a high reading for RX power (30+dBmv) while yours doesn't but it is a different version.
