Second hand phone : what to do ?

I just brought a second hand phone (from a good shop) and wondered what I should do in terms of wiping data.

I was told it had all been done but want to ensure things are safe...

Any advice or comments

All you can really do is perform a factory reset.

Unless anyone else has anything to add I think that is mostly your only option.
