Virgin tech coming
Hi I've got a tech coming tommorow as after 0000 the box goes well slow like trying to change channel or fast forwarding the adverts on a program I v+. The guy on the phone said he was trying to get a signal but it was coming up fault at his end and he said there a signal fault. What is it the tech guy going to have to do? I hope he doesn't have to re wire everything

.
Few that's ok then. I didn't think it be a signal fault as the signal is fine at the end but that's what they said on the phone

The slowdown at midnight is the main EPG update, & has been the same with all V+ boxes since the year dot. So the fault may be unrelated with the slowdown.
