When using Music on demand via Red button or app it is telling me I am unsubscribed and trying to charge me 29p. If I use it the old way via home menu it is saying I am subscribed and not charging me. Is there a problem? I am on VIP package.

It shouldn't be doing this. If a reboot doesn't help, you need to phone customer services and report it.
